Responsibilities
- Support daily operations
- Prepare daily food products
- Maintain standard of quality, service & cleanliness in the outlet
- Inventory management (ordering, organising and maintaining a healthy inventory)
- Daily closing of accounts during end of shift
- Other duties as per assigned by Supervisors/Managers
Requirement
- Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities
- To lead, manage and ensure day to day smooth operations at all cafes and kiosks
- Manage, supervise, train and lead staffs to ensure best service quality
- Build and maintain cordial relationships with customers
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements without compromise
- Administer staff records
- Scheduling of roaster
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement
- A food related qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in a F&B
- Knowledge of food hygiene and Health and Safety requirements
- A good understanding of quality assurance, procedures and protocols

Production crew
Responsibilities
- Execute daily production list as delegated
- Check on date of expiry of ingredients, state date of process usage
- Preparation on misen plus (ingredients/ sauces etc.) for next working day
- Ensure consistent preparation and procession of foods
- Maintain and upkeep kitchen equipment’s in good working conditions
- Practice established safety and sanitation procedures for food handling and preparation
- Maintain and upkeep cleanliness in overall store assigned to
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned time by time
- Permanent night shift
- Salary will commensurate with experience

Management Trainee
Responsibilities
- A Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec in any discipline
- High energy and a strong passion for delighting customers
- Drive and resourcefulness to deliver results Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (6-day work week)
- No experience is needed
- Also open to candidates from F&B, Hotel, Retail or service industry
